East Slope Syrah

Grilled Tri Tip Sandwiches

All Amounts Are Estimates...Taste For Proper Amounts Before Using!


  • 1 tall jar of roasted red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small buch basil
  • Mayo


  • Tri Tip grilled and sliced
  • Baguette
  • Cheese

Use a food processor on the first three ingredients until smooth and then stir in enough mayo until you get a nice pink salmon color.

Spread this sauce on your baguette and top with tri tip and cheese. We use a pizza cheese blend, but it would be good with lots of different types. If you really want to impress use some Midnight Moon from Cypress Grove (from a gourmet cheese place). The sandwiches are also good with some nice lettuce put on after grilling.
