2008 Viognier Sold Out The Viognier is pretty with fresh aromas of spring blossoms, lychee nuts, peaches, apricots and a hint of citrus. In the mouth the wine also
shows the peach and citrus with crisp acidity and a great, long finish.
2008 Roussanne $18.00 The 2008 vintage has aromas of apricots, citrus zest, honey and flowers. As it warms in your glass, tropical
fruits like pineapple come alive and the wine shows a creamy quality with a little dab o' butter. Once in your mouth expect a creamy, quite viscous mouth-feel, with a bit of butterscotch after it goes down.

The aromas in this wine are rich and meaty with fresh blackberries, cherries, raspberries and slight fresh dill and floral highlights. The mouth-feel has medium-heavy tannins with enough acidity to stand up to rich meals.

2006 El Dorado East Slope Syrah $25.00 Dark brambleberries and blueberry fruits are almost overpowered by dark caramel, black pepper and thyme. Swirl the
glass a bunch and you can even pick up floral aromas in stark contrast to the wine's other more muscular qualities. Medium tannins and a long dark caramel finish bring to mind roasted roots and meats.
