Pretty aromatics of lemon/lime, melon, peach and creamy orange are followed with a beautiful mouthfeel of peach and an orangesicle-like finish.
2013 Roussanne $20.00
This wine has tons of fruit. Pear, apricot, peach, lemon and lychee are met with pretty floral aromatics and a bit of buttery
pecans. You'll find a creamy mouth-feel, pleasant acidity and a fruity finish.
2012 Patriarche Blanc (Sold Out)
A pretty smelling wine of spring blossoms and lots of fruit like pear and melon rounded out with creamy orangesicle. In
the mouth the wine has balanced crisp acidity.
2013 Grenache Blanc $25.00
This wine smells delicious. Sweet lemon/lime and pear fruits along with tons of floral aromatics are complimented by just a bit of
yellow pine. Balanced acidity and a light body make this wine go down easy with an Earl Grey-like flavor..
2013 El Dorado Grenache Rosé (Sold Out)
Cherries, strawberries, spring blossoms and citrus rind round out the aromas in this pretty colored Rosé. In the mouth
you may be pleasantly surprised at how deep the wine is with balanced acidity and a very long, creamy finish.
2011 El Dorado Grenache Noir (Sold Out)
A pretty wine with earthy strawberry and cherry fruit. Floral qualities and a certain sweetart aroma finds a big finish from
such an otherwise light wine.
2012 El Dorado Counoise (sold out)
This vintage is light and pretty with strawberry fruit and aromatics of roses and a hint of oregano. In the mouth the wine
is luscious, smooth and mouth filling.
2012 El Dorado Petit Patriarche $22.00
(72% Grenache, 15% Counoise, 6% Mourvedre, 4% Petite Sirah, 3% Syrah)
Wow this wine is spicy. There's plenty of cherry and strawberry but look for the pepper, coriander, oregano, hibiscus and lemongrass
too. Light tannins and a spicy finish make this red perfect for the summer.
2011 El Dorado Mourvedre Classique $22.00
Such a pretty smelling wine. Blueberry jam, raspberry syrup and floral highlights are made complex with fresh oregano spice and
meaty, earthy mushrooms. The wine goes down easy wih light tannins and a fruit driven long finish.
2012 El Dorado Mourvedre Estate $25.00
This is Mourvedre. Earthy and meaty, leaning toward mushroomy umami. This wine has tons of fruit too. Backberry and
blueberry aromatics are complimented by a long, fruity, slightly creamy finish.
2012 El Dorado Mourvedre-Syrah $25.00
Ooh! First off the bat…. Sage….Yum! Further aromatics of sweet dried cherries and roses are met by a round mouthfeel,
nice acid and a Syrah-like structure.
2012 El Dorado Fenaughty Syrah, Old Vines (sold out)
The second oldest Syrah vineyard in the county. Blackberry and raspberry fruit are almost upstaged by powerful dried sage and
oregano spices. Further complexity is found in minerality and peppercorns. In the mouth you'll find medium tannins and a luscious mouthfeel.
2009 El Dorado Wylie-Fenaughty Syrah $25.00
Dark, dark ripe blackberries make up the fruit with a bit of cherry and tons of smokiness playing with licorice and stone. Ripe dark
fruit is met in the mouth with medium tannins.
2011 El Dorado Patriarche (sold out)
(52% Mourvedre, 36% Syrah, 7% Grenache Noir, 5% Counoise)
Aromas of blackberries and a little bit of cherry and strawberry for the fruit while toasted marshmallows, bayleaves and coffee add interest (perfect camping wine?). The wine is perfectly balanced in the mouth.
2009 El Dorado Hill Top Syrah $20.00
This wine is made from estate fruit from a variety of exposures on the vineyard across from the tasting room. You may
notice a bit of oak in this wine which we don't typically use but we thought it would be good on this rich Syrah. It has
fruity aromatics of grapes but what really comes through is meaty barbeque sauce and soy sauce with underlying dried chiles. In the mouth the wine has a long fruit driven finish with medium tannins.
2010 El Dorado East Slope Syrah Sold Out
This vintage has soft aromas of cherries, sage, earthy mushrooms and floral highlights which are followed by bright
acidity, medium tannins and a long finish.
2010 El Dorado Petite Sirah $25.00
A super dark color fills your glass with ripe fig, cherry and blackberry fruit, bay leaves and black pepper. Bright acidity
fills your mouth with nice tannins and a refreshing finish.
2009 El Dorado Late Harvest Roussanne $25.00 375ml
A floral perfume dominates this wine while dried apricots, dried grass and nuttiness add to the aromatics. It has a big
sweet mouthfeel with nicely balanced acidity.
El Dorado Mourvedre/Syrah Dessert Wine $20.00 375ml
Aromatics of chocolate peanut brittle, ripe cherries and blackberries whipped up with sprinkles of flower and spice. In the
mouth the wine is sweet with a smooth creaminess and surprising tannins will last until midnight.
